How does OneINV sync inventory across platforms?
OneINV fetches orders from your connected marketplaces on a schedule, deducts stock once, and pushes the updated quantity back to every platform, so no channel is left holding a number you can’t fulfil.
How often does it sync?
You set the interval. The minimum is 10 minutes. You can also sync now, from the dashboard or for one platform.
What happens when an order is cancelled?
With automatic cancel-order fetch switched on, cancelled orders are picked up and stock is put back, then pushed to your marketplaces.
Can I update stock in bulk?
Yes. Stock In, Stock Out and Stock Adjustment all accept an Excel upload, and sample files are included so you can see the format.
Does it send low stock alerts?
You can set a low stock rule by minimum quantity or days of cover. Low and out-of-stock items show on your dashboard and in a report you can export to Excel or PDF. Daily email summaries cover your orders.
Do I need to keep a PC on?
OneINV is a Windows app. One main PC runs the scheduled sync, and the rest of your team gets a read-only dashboard view.
Why does Inventory Sync need a setup call?
Inventory Sync has to be connected to your marketplace seller accounts and your SKUs mapped correctly before stock can move automatically. Our team does that with you, though the trial itself is the same 7 days as the other modules.
Can I use only Inventory Sync?
Yes. Inventory Sync runs on its own and keeps its own prepaid balance, separate from Order Processing and VMS.
