Order Processing: clear a whole batch in one run
Connect your seller accounts, choose the orders, and OneINV fetches the labels and invoices, prints bills and labels on separate pages, sorts them SKU-wise and files them in a folder for each courier, with a summary to audit the day.

From waiting orders to sorted, labelled stacks in one sitting
Order Processing connects to your own seller accounts, so there is nothing to export or upload first.
Your marketplace portals open inside OneINV on the same login, one or many accounts at a time.
Filter the New Order list, paste a list of order IDs, or tick just the orders you want.
The run goes ahead as a background job with a live log. Pause, retry or rerun it any time.
Labels and invoices are fetched, stamped and saved in folders by date, platform, job and courier.
A SKU summary for the job and for each courier shows what is in every stack.
Live today on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and Ajio. Nykaa and Snapdeal are integrating next, at no extra cost once they land.
See a batch run from start to finish
One run, four things done for you
Every label that comes out of a job has already been separated from its bill, sorted, filed and checked.
- 1Bill and label on separate pages
Each order’s bill and shipping label print on their own pages, so printing and handover stay clean.
- 2SKU-wise
Labels print grouped and sorted by SKU, so a packer can pick, match and pack without hunting.
- 3Separate folder for each courier
Labels and bills are saved in their own folder per courier, even by courier sub-code, so handover is a sorted stack.
- 4Label summary
A SKU summary for the job, and for each courier, lets you audit today’s orders easily. A Check SKU audit compares each parcel’s label with what is in it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Order Processing on its own?
Yes. Order Processing is one of three modules inside OneINV and runs independently of VMS and Inventory Sync. Download the setup, install it, and your 7-day free trial starts the same day.
Which marketplaces does Order Processing support?
Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho and Ajio are live today. Nykaa and Snapdeal are being integrated next and will be added to every existing plan at no extra cost once live.
Do I have to export or upload my orders?
No. OneINV connects to your own seller accounts, shows your waiting orders, and processes the ones you choose. It fetches the labels and invoices for you.
How do I choose which orders to process?
Filter the New Order list by order date, dispatch-by date, status, pack type and platform, paste a list of order IDs, or tick specific orders. You can run single-item orders, multi-item orders or both.
How do the courier folders work?
OneINV reads the courier from each label and files labels and bills in one folder per courier, each with its own combined files. Labels it cannot read go into an Unknown folder. You can set rules to merge two couriers or split one by the code on its label.
What is the SKU summary?
Every job produces a SKU summary file, for the whole job and for each courier, listing how many units of each SKU are in the stack. It tells you what to pull from the racking and helps you audit the day’s orders.
What happens when my credits run out?
A new job is refused when credits run out, and a job already running always finishes. During the free trial you are unlimited until the trial ends.
