By accessing or using our software or website, the user (“You”, “User”, “Visitor”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

Prokyonz Technologies reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Users are advised to review this page periodically, as continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

  • That automation tools (e.g., AutoShopper) operate based on User-provided data and profiles. The User is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the data they submit.
  • That any misuse of e-commerce platforms or third-party websites through automation is the User’s responsibility.
  • That Prokyonz Technologies is not responsible for actions taken by third-party websites or merchants.

5. Liability Limitation

The User agrees that Prokyonz Technologies, its employees, partners, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the software.
  • Errors, delays, or interruptions in service.
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
  • Unauthorized access to User data.
  • Any third-party actions, platform restrictions, or policy changes.

In all cases, Prokyonz Technologies’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the software or services that gave rise to the claim.

6. Use of Aggregated Data

Prokyonz Technologies may analyze anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve performance, develop features, and enhance user experience. Such data does not identify any individual User.

7. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

Prokyonz Technologies may access, review, or disclose information when required:

  • To protect the rights, property, or security of the Company.
  • To prevent misuse of our software.
  • To comply with legal obligations or law enforcement requests.

Any such disclosure will be limited to what is strictly necessary.

8. External Links

Our software or website may contain links to external platforms or services. These third-party sites have their own policies, and we are not responsible for their actions or content. Users must review third-party policies before interacting with them.

9. Termination of Access

Prokyonz Technologies may suspend or terminate access to software or services at its discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including:

  • Payment failures or misuse.
